UPDATE of Oktober 2019

The reason that the Information got not published here and the discussion went over only within the GC was the missing feedbacks and actions here in this forum. Therefore I made on Oktober 15, 2019 some updates here to get you back to the state of the ongoing discussion within the GC. If you miss any information, don't hesitate to make a request, please.
