Today we began “Envisioning the Future” focusing on the next several years. Many thoughts and ideas were brought forward which the participants will take home to their units. The outgoing General Committee members gave some reflection on their term of office.
Christian as the incoming President gave an overview επί six work groups and asked the participants to sign up to join one of them. We broke into small groups to process what we heard and share our ideas. We also shared about the challenges in our units.
Μετά το γεύμα, Christian presented a powerpoint on “Formation in Action”. Το τελευταίο μέρος της ημέρας ήταν ένα παιχνίδι ρόλων με δύο σκετς που αφορούσαν δύο μεμονωμένα μέλη που ρωτούσαν για τους Lay Salvatorians… το ένα ήταν ένα πολύ ενθουσιώδες άτομο και το άλλο ήταν ένα απρόθυμο άτομο. Οι άνθρωποι που συμμετείχαν στα σκετς έκαναν καταπληκτική δουλειά. Γελάσαμε μέχρι που πονούσαν τα πλευρά μας. Ήταν ένας καλός τρόπος να δούμε τα διαφορετικά δώρα και την εφευρετικότητα των μελών μας.
Μετά το δείπνο, πρόκειται να επισκεφτούμε έναν αποστολικό της βελγικής επαρχίας που ονομάζεται Salvatorian Relief Project.
