<\/a>Facing the oppressive pictures and news of the war in Europe let us restart with an initiative we had in the past already. It Is the Monday evening prayer for Justice & Peace.<\/p>\nApart from the current situation in eastern Europe, we all know more or less something about the difficulties and inhuman<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> situations of war, crime, intolerance, violence, and terror in many countries in the world. – But what can we do as simple individuals against it<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n One sign can be to come together on each Monday evening over the world for a prayer for justice and peace – if in chapels, churches, on the street, at our work, or at home – where ever we are. In this way, we show that no one is alone. There are more people with you in prayer than you can imagine. Invite family members, friends, neighbors, or someone you know and \/or who could be interested and follow this idea. Spend a time of prayer and quietness together and ask the Lord to give peace in all hearts and minds, which are longing for it. Especially for the children, families, and civilians, but also for those soldiers and combatants, which are not of their own will in the battles, but were forced to fight by others.<\/p>\n Even if you’re only a minute in short prayer or intense thoughts here, you are living the communion with God for peace! – Peace is always possible if someone dares the first step. \nWhere there is hated, let me sow love;

\nWhere there is discord, harmony;
\nWhere there is error, truth;
\nWhere there is doubt, faith;
\nWhere there is despair, hope;
\nWhere there is darkness, light;
\nAnd where there is sadness, joy.
\nO Divine Master, Grant that I may no so much seek
\nTo be consoled as to console;
\nTo be understood as to understand;<\/a>
\nTo be loved as to love.
\nFor it is in giving that we receive;
\nIt is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
