repeated attacks on our webpage

I have to inform you that our website was repeatedly attacked by activists via a server from Singapore for days/weeks during the summer. I cannot say who exactly is behind this, but in times of warfare (Russia - Ukraine/ Molsems - West) this is difficult to impossible to find out.
I was able to fend off the attack and blocked a number of IP addresses, but some file attachments that were available in the forums were rendered unusable.
If anyone comes across such a document, please let me know so that I can make it available again.
