After we got the response from the dicastery, we made the necessary small changes in the text.
About Safeguarding minors and vulnerable persons we decided to establish in each unit a responsible safeguarding coordinator who is functioning as a contact point. In addition, we worked out the ICDS minors and vulnerable safeguarding policy. It includes a description and statement to this issue and five annexes for practical use:
• Annex I ‐ Glossary of Terms
• Annex II ‐ Standards of behavior towards children
• Annex III ‐ Acknowledgment
• Annex IV – Report form
• Annex V – reporting procedure
The Acknowledgment form must be read and signed by each member and staff. Appropriate obligatory training on this issue must take place every third year. This will give us a high grade of confidence that the topic stays always present.
The reporting procedure is a guideline on how to act in case of such an incident and the reporting form is a base to record and administrate this incident.
An appropriate paragraph about the ICDS minors and vulnerable persons Safeguarding policy is also found in the ICDS Rules of Procedure:
§13.10 Each unit must sign and act according to the minors and vulnerable persons safeguarding policy. According to this policy, a safeguarding coordinator must be designated by the unit leadership team and install/publish available contact possibilities for this office.

Re: Statutes draft January 2021
What a joy and feeling - we got a very positive response on our draft of the statutes. The text and the content are ok. now. But the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (the Inquisition) has to check it and must attest that there is nothing in the statutes that is contrary to doctrine or morals.
So once again we have to cross our fingers and set our hope in God's mercy.
